📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote bakery products.,Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve marketing targets.,Manage social media accounts to engage with customers and build brand awareness.,Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and promotions.,Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other marketing tools.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
