As Finance & Accounts Manager, you'll manage daily financial operations using QuickBooks and SAP, prepare monthly financial reports, and collaborate with the management team to optimize financial strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage group accounts and ensure accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Oversee cash flow management and prepare monthly financial reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
- Coordinate with the management team to optimize financial strategies
- Train and mentor junior finance team members
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP accounting software
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
