CV Ekspresi Cempaka is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management. This role is crucial for maintaining the company's operational efficiency and ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling and route planning.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing measures to optimize efficiency.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and safety certificates.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Provide support and training to new drivers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
