PRISM Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address any issues.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and output.,Perform routine maintenance tasks on production machinery.,Handle and dispose of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner.,Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.,Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and on-site).,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
