📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
