📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and closing deals.,Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases and overall experience.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
