📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Design and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing training programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
