📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store layout.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Monitor store sales performance and report to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and orienting new employees.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or administrative roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
