📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and clarity.
  • Ensure documentation is user-friendly and meets usability standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical questions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
