📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) and long-form videos (e.g., YouTube, Facebook).
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all visual content meets brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and graphic design, and apply new techniques to enhance content quality.
• Analyze performance metrics of video and graphic content, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to creative materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall success of brand initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
