📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Develop and implement food and beverage menus,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Lead and coordinate with the kitchen team to achieve operational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of successful kitchen management,Strong leadership and team management skills,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends,Professional certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus
