Leaf Up Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Ambon. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources activities. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a difference in our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Must be willing to work in Ambon.
