📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.,Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and training.,Conduct and interpret various laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and reliable results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary measures.,Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in clinical or research laboratory.,Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a team environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance is preferred.
