📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
