📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and food safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure quality.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
