📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting daily store audits to ensure product availability, pricing, and display standards.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assisting in the organization and planning of sales promotions and events.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the store manager.,Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
