📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with retail operations and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
