PT Karya Langit is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. As a Senior Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the facility to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate the situation.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.,Interview and hire new security personnel, and provide on-the-job training to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable.,Prepare and maintain security reports, including incident reports, patrol logs, and other relevant documentation.,Work closely with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard duties, with the last 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as emergency response protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities, such as running, climbing, and lifting heavy objects.,Valid security guard certification or license, and any other relevant certifications or qualifications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to follow instructions and procedures.
