📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and customer service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the workplace.,Ensure that all products are produced to the required specifications and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work well in a team and motivate others.
