📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Identify training needs and design customized training programs to meet those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
