📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of national development programs, ensuring alignment with government objectives.
• Develop and implement monitoring frameworks using tools such as GIS, M&E software, and data analytics platforms.
• Conduct regular assessments and reports to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for program optimization.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and guidelines for program monitoring.
• Lead a team of monitoring officers, providing guidance and support for their work.
• Represent PT. Bangka Belitung Development Authority at national and international forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a government or development context.
• Proven track record of successful program implementation and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of national development priorities and strategies.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
