📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve signature cocktails and specialty coffee drinks using premium ingredients and tools like our espresso machines and cocktail shakers.
• Ensure a well-stocked bar with fresh ingredients and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and creating personalized beverage experiences.
• Stay updated on the latest mixology and coffee trends, and incorporate new techniques into your craft.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to create beverage offerings that support our guests' wellness goals.
• Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies, ensuring smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality cocktails and specialty coffee drinks.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and coffee brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in mixology or coffee artistry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during peak hours.
