📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision.
• Certification in HVAC systems and maintenance (e.g., BACnet, HVAC Design, or similar).
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as CMMS or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of energy management and efficiency best practices.
