📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of collections agents, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
• Oversee the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring that all accounts are collected efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely collections.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance.
• Monitor and report on collections performance, identifying areas for improvement.
