📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during the migration process.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data migration strategies.
Leverage Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle SQL Developer to streamline data migration processes.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion Financials and data migration technologies.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in data migration projects, preferably in Oracle Fusion Financials.
Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials or related technologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle SQL Developer.
Proven experience in managing and leading data migration projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
