📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement local market strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Nusa Tenggara Barat region.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• Monitor and manage risk, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a team in a challenging market environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, with a focus on lending and financial inclusion.
