📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails using premium ingredients and industry-standard techniques.
• Manage the bar inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items and special drink offerings.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in shift planning and staff scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the organization and execution of special events and promotions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software such as BarTab, PourOver, or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, including heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
