📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage employee performance and conduct regular appraisals
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development of employee training and development programs
- Handle employee grievances and disputes
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee turnover
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with business objectives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
